We use the street address to perform virtual measurements, where we can get you a quote without having to physically look at the property. How do we price?

What’s the difference between Pressure Washing and Soft Washing?

Soft washing and pressure washing are distinct cleaning methods suited to different tasks. Pressure washing uses high-pressure water jets to blast away dirt and grime, making it ideal for hard, durable surfaces like concrete driveways and brick walls. In contrast, soft washing employs a low-pressure spray combined with specialized cleaning solutions to gently clean delicate surfaces, such as vinyl siding and asphalt shingles, while effectively removing biological contaminants like mold and algae. The key difference lies in the pressure applied and the use of cleaning agents, with soft washing being gentler and often more effective for maintaining the integrity of sensitive surfaces.

Do I need to be home for my property to be pressure washed?

It’s not necessary for you to be home during the service, but we do ask that you provide access to the areas being cleaned, and access to the outdoor water source. If you have specific instructions or areas of concern, please let us know before the service begins.

The frequency of House Washing depends on factors such as the location, weather conditions, and type of surface. Generally, most properties benefit from a pressure wash every 1-2 years. However, high-traffic areas or locations prone to mold and mildew may require more frequent cleaning..
